What started as childhood birthday parties, ribbon-tied invitations, and an obsession with getting the

From managing the Mumbai Dabbawallas' centenary celebration in 2013 to leading large-format productions
for global brands, from 80-person leadership offsites to stadium events for 20,000 attendees, Shivam has
operated at every scale this industry offers.
Along the way he has delivered events across India and internationally, shared his experience as a guest
lecturer at Somaiya University and other institutions, and built a reputation on one thing above
everything else: ownership.

Send EmailFor large-format events like conferences, dealer meets, and multi-city launches, we recommend reaching out 3 to 4 months in advance. For mid-size offsites and team events, 6 to 8 weeks is workable. The earlier you reach out, the better your venue options, vendor availability, and pricing. That said, if you have a tight timeline, talk to us anyway. We will tell you honestly what is achievable.
